Introducing Shine
Shine is one of the highlights in the CMSI annual calendar. It's an opportunity for members and supporters of the society to reflect over the past year and celebrate all that God has done through the society and our partners. It also offers a chance to look forward and to hear about CMSI's plans for the years ahead.
The Programme
A typical programme for the day runs as follows:
-
a warm welcome and cuppa when you arrive (around 10.30am);
-
followed by our annual review featuring worship, stories and reflections from the past twelve months;
-
pausing for a shared lunch with time to chat and be together;
-
and finishing with our Annual General Meeting, beginning at 2pm.

The AGM
The AGM includes presentations from our Mission Director and the Chair of the Board Of Trustees, as well as a financial report. There's also an opportunity for members to input into important decisions and to elect new trustees to the board.
