Time Well Spent

CMSI staff and members of the Board of Trustees took time out of their weekend to meet together on Saturday 18th January in the Belfast offices.

We enjoyed a time of fellowship and shared communion led by our CMSI Chaplain, Rev Canon Norman Jardine.

It was also an opportunity to share some highlights of our work from the past 12 months, as well as giving some hopes for the following year. Time was spent reviewing our strategic plan as we are now half-way through our latest programme.

We shared lunch together and then the Board went on to have their January Board meeting.

This is the second year staff and board have scheduled time to meet together and it is has been good to build positive relationships with each other.
