We have had a wonderful time in Ibba. Let us give you a flavour of just two of our days.

Today we started with devotions at the Cathedral where Joseph spoke about the importance of unity between Christians all across the world including Ibba and Moira.
After breakfast, David got busy teaching about beekeeping and honey making. Joseph and Mark installed some solar PV batteries whilst teaching the local electrician Ronald. Afterwards, the team visited the church clinic where they identified improvements that can be made.
Next up was a visit to St. Mark's church which comprises of a traditional style South Sudanese building. This was a fantastic time with lots of music, great food, prayer and fellowship. The spice pumpkin was delicious!
Finally, the team visited the local prison where we met and prayed for the prisoners.
As always, the day finished off with a meal together at Bishop's Wilson house.
On another day, after our usual devotionals and David reading from Romans, we had breakfast. Afterwards, we all boarded the Land Cruiser and made our way to the Teak Plantation. David has strongly supported this project over the years and belongs to Mothers’ Union of Ibba.
We then visited a prayer centre called Shona (means Zion in Zande) before making way to our destination of Maridi.
Here we had lunch and went on a shopping spree for steel and electrical goods.
After a long, warm and dusty drive home, everyone was well ready for dinner and rest 😊😪
Our time in Ibba is going well. We're feeling God's hand in everything we do and are excited about what the next few days bring.
Regards to St. John's and everyone back home.
