Wendy joins the CMSI team

On Monday 31st January, Wendy Houston joined the CMSI staff team as interim Administration Coordinator. Wendy will be covering for Megan Totten while she is on maternity leave.

Wendy comes with a rich and broad experience of work, having spent 30 years in education - as a teacher and a principal - and, more recently, having worked with Girlguiding Ulster, for whom she was already a long-time volunteer.

Wendy has been a CMSI supporter over many years and, in 2021, she was a 'virtual volunteer' with CMSI - teaching children online with Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC) in Nepal.

Wendy is excited about the opportunity to join the CMSI team and sees this role as a chance to serve CMSI and our partners in a fruitful and meaningful way. Please pray for her as she settles into her new role and gets to know the team.

Over the past couple of days, Megan has been able to do a bit of 'handover' and help Wendy to learn the ropes. Later this week, Megan heads off on annual leave and then maternity leave. Please do pray for Megan and her husband Ricky, as they move into this new phase of family life.
